Strawberry Vanilla Latte

  • Cook Time: 5 minutes

This summer, we are constantly looking for fun & refreshing iced latte recipes to get us out of a coffee slump. This delicious strawberry shortcake themed latte is SO easy to make! It's the perfect treat for a hot summer day.

Ingredients

  1. Ice to fill a glass
  2. 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  3. 2-4 oz Vanilla Latte Super Coffee
  4. 4 oz full fat canned coconut milk
  5. 1 tbsp maple syrup (or low-sugar alternative - we like Lakanto's monk fruit maple flavored syrup)

Instructions

  1. Place strawberry slices into the bottom of a glass and mash with a muddler.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Pour maple syrup and coconut milk over ice and top with Vanilla Super Coffee.
  4. Stir and serve!
