Meet Demi Bagby!

Meet Demi Bagby: Super Coffee partner, CrossFit Athlete, and major fitness and gymnastics influencer on TikTok and Instagram. At just 20 years old, Demi is taking the fitness and social media worlds by storm with her impressive talent, and most of all, her infectious positivity! Since recovering from an accident in 2014 which left her briefly paralyzed, Demi has committed to living her life to the fullest - her story inspires others to be positive and overcome any obstacles. Read on for our full interview with Demi, where she shares what keeps her positive and motivated:

“Hi, I’m Demi and I’m super stoked to be part of the Super Coffee Fam! Being active and living limitless is SO important to me. I love skating, surfing, calisthenics, boxing, working out, ninja training, skydiving, parkour, gymnastics and soooo much more. :) If I’m having fun and my adrenaline is pumping, I’m one happy happy gal!”

How has fitness helped you bring Positive Energy to your community?

“Fitness is something that makes me so genuinely happy! I am so blessed to be able to share my fitness journey and help encourage those around me to get moving and live their best lives!”

What does Add Something Positive mean to you?

“I am always striving to better myself and spread positivity anywhere I can. I also love to encourage my community to do the same! When I heard about Super Coffee’s Add Something Positive campaign, I was so stoked and knew I had to be part of it. :)”

What motivates you to always stay positive?

“My Vibe Tribe! They motivate me endlessly and are always so supportive of not only me, but also each other! I feel so lucky to have such a strong and supportive community.”

“Don’t forget to smile :)” and “I will pursue things that are more meaningful and less expedient. I will control my own narrative and smile every step of the way. Today I will be brave so that tomorrow I will succeed.”

We know you're super outdoorsy - how does being outdoors inspire you?

“Being outdoors and getting my body moving helps me feel my best both physically and mentally. I feel the most motivated and creative when I can disconnect and just enjoy everything that nature has to offer.”

What's the first thing you do in the morning?

“I am huge on gratitude and focusing on all the good things in my life to continue to grow and spread love. I enjoy taking a few minutes when I wake up to write down the things that I’m grateful for, excited for, or really just anything that brings positive vibes into my life. It helps me start my day feeling grateful and optimistic.”

How does Super Coffee fuel your routine?

“I love the Coconut Mocha! I drink it in the morning to get the day going, before a workout to energize myself, or when I feel like I need a boost during all the craziness! I seriously can’t go without Super Coffee!”
