Ingredients
Cake:
- 2 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup White Chocolate Peppermint Super Coffee
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
Ganache:
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- ⅓ cup White Chocolate Peppermint Super Coffee
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cornstarch, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add Super Coffee, olive oil, maple syrup, and egg. Mix.
- Transfer to a baking mold and cook for 35 minutes at 350F.
- For the ganache, mix the cacao powder, maple syrup, and Super Coffee in a bowl. Pour on top of the cooled cake.
