These refreshing blueberry popsicles have just 3 ingredients!

Cool down with these delicious 3-ingredient blueberry popsicles! Featuring fan favorite Blueberry Muffin Super Coffee, these are a sweet treat without any negative ingredients. You can also easily swap in any other Super Coffee flavor - we love Sweet Cream!

This recipe is gluten-free and vegan.

The Recipe

Blueberry Popsicles

  • Prep Time: 3 minutes
  • Cook Time: 1.5 - 2.5 hours

Cool down with these deliciously simple blueberry popsicles! Featuring fan favorite Blueberry Muffin Super Coffee, these are a sweet treat without any negative ingredients. You can also easily swap in any other Super Coffee flavor - we love Sweet Cream! (Makes about 3 popsicles, depending on the mold)

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup vanilla coconut yogurt
  2. ⅓ cup frozen blueberries 
  3. Blueberry Muffin or Sweet Cream Super Coffee

Instructions

  1. Fill the bottom of your popsicle molds with 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt, dividing evenly among the molds. 
  2. Add a tablespoon of frozen blueberries. Pop in the freezer until partially frozen, about an hour. 
  3. Add your popsicle sticks by sticking them into the frosty yogurt. 
  4. Fill the rest of the mold with Blueberry Muffin (or Sweet Cream, or other substitute) Super Coffee. Freeze until solid and enjoy!
