The Recipe
Blueberry Popsicles
- Prep Time: 3 minutes
- Cook Time: 1.5 - 2.5 hours
Cool down with these deliciously simple blueberry popsicles! Featuring fan favorite Blueberry Muffin Super Coffee, these are a sweet treat without any negative ingredients. You can also easily swap in any other Super Coffee flavor - we love Sweet Cream! (Makes about 3 popsicles, depending on the mold)
Ingredients
- ½ cup vanilla coconut yogurt
- ⅓ cup frozen blueberries
- Blueberry Muffin or Sweet Cream Super Coffee
Instructions
- Fill the bottom of your popsicle molds with 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt, dividing evenly among the molds.
- Add a tablespoon of frozen blueberries. Pop in the freezer until partially frozen, about an hour.
- Add your popsicle sticks by sticking them into the frosty yogurt.
- Fill the rest of the mold with Blueberry Muffin (or Sweet Cream, or other substitute) Super Coffee. Freeze until solid and enjoy!
