Ingredients
Mug cake
- ¼ cup mashed banana
- ½ tbsp almond butter
- ½ tsp vanilla powder
- A generous pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Mocha Super Creamer
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Super Coffee
- 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 8 drops stevia
- 1 tbsp black cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup flour or gluten free flour blend
- ¼ tsp baking powder
Frosting
- 1 tbsp mashed avocado
- ½ tbsp sweetener- maple syrup or other natural sweetener
- ⅓ cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine ingredients for the cake batter in a ramekin or mug until the batter is smooth.
- In a separate ramekin or bowl, combine ingredients for frosting until smooth.
- Microwave for 1 minute 15 seconds, then cool slightly and top with frosting before serving.
