Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen banana pieces
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Mocha Super Coffee OR Mocha Latte Super Coffee
- 1 tbsp monk fruit syrup
- A dash of cinnamon and pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- Optional: any keto cookies- crushed for the bottom of the glass and top with greek yogurt & cocoa powder sprinkle.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients for milkshake in a blender until smooth.
- Serve shake by itself or pour over crushed cookies and top with greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
