Sometimes you just need to treat yo'self to a milkshake - why not make it with a little extra Super-power too? Try this ultra-creamy, ultra-chocolatey with a hint of cinnamon, protein-packed milkshake! Makes 1-2 servings.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup frozen banana pieces
  2. 1/4 cup coconut cream
  3. 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  4. 1/4 cup Coconut Mocha Super Coffee OR Mocha Latte Super Coffee
  5. 1 tbsp monk fruit syrup
  6. A dash of cinnamon and pinch of salt
  7. 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  8. 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
  9. Optional: any keto cookies- crushed for the bottom of the glass and top with greek yogurt & cocoa powder sprinkle.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients for milkshake in a blender until smooth.
  2. Serve shake by itself or pour over crushed cookies and top with greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
