There’s no question that baking holiday cookies is a fun holiday tradition for many of us, but it can be hard to keep up the spirit when your favorite activity comes with a major sugar crash… So, we came up with this low sugar cookie recipe that’s big on holiday cheer, low in sugar, and doesn't even require you to preheat your oven! Featuring White Chocolate Peppermint Super Coffee, this recipe is low sugar, low carb, and keto friendly.
The Recipe
No Bake Keto Holiday Cookies

- Cook Time: 30 minutes
PSA: holiday cookies don’t have to cause a sugar crash! Try this super easy no-bake recipe that’s big on holiday cheer with none of the unhealthy sugar. Makes 12 cookies.
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond flour
- 2 ½ cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
- ½ cup White Chocolate Peppermint Super Coffee
- ⅓ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup Lily’s no sugar added dark chocolate morsels
- ¼ cup sugar free crushed peppermints
Instructions
- Combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, White Chocolate Peppermint Super Coffee, and coconut oil in a bowl, mixing to form a dough.
- Roll dough into balls, approximately one tablespoon each, and place on a parchment lined tray. Flatten the balls of dough slightly, then mark a crosshatch pattern on the surface with the tines of a fork. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, melt the dark chocolate morsels in the microwave for approximately 30-45 seconds. Dip half of each cookie into the dark chocolate, then dip in crushed peppermints.
